Pulse Ordering

Merchant terms

Key commercial terms for businesses using Pulse.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

The selected Pulse plan and its upfront amount are displayed before payment. A public merchant account is activated only after successful card payment.

Merchants are responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, allergens, fulfilment, customer service, refunds required by law and the legality of goods or services sold.

Pulse fees, customer service fees and applicable card processing fees are shown separately within the platform.

Merchants must keep payout, business and contact information accurate and protect staff/account credentials.

Plan cancellation, suspension, failed payment and platform misuse may affect continued access. Final production legal wording should be reviewed for the business before public launch.
