Use Pulse only lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Merchant services, charges and responsibilities are also governed by the Merchant Terms accepted during signup.

Availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, third-party providers or circumstances outside Pulse control.

Intellectual property in the Pulse platform and branding remains with its respective owner.

These terms are intended to be read alongside the Privacy Policy and applicable merchant/customer policies.
